Pre-engineered Fabric Buildings

We offer a complete line of pre-engineered fabric buildings that are designed to meet all National Building Codes. They range in widths of 30’ to 250’ wide and can be any length. They are often a more cost effective choice over other traditional building solutions and generally are faster to supply, faster to install, require minimal maintenance, are as temporary or permanent as you need and have natural light during the day.

Install

UCC maintains an experienced crew and offers full installation service for these buildings. Depending on their size, buildings may only take a week or two to install. For those who have some construction experience and want to install their own buildings, they come with a comprehensive instruction manual and on-call support from UCC if necessary.

Foundation

There are a variety of different foundation options for fabric buildings. Some are temporary while others are more permanent or designed/engineered as required due to site conditions. The most common are:

• Concrete pad (with thickened edge/concrete spread)
• Screw piles
• Post and beam wood or steel walls

Engineering

All pre-engineered fabric buildings offered by UCC are designed to meet the National Building Code. This includes ensuring that the importance factor (occupancy level) matches the buildings intended use. Site-specific wet stamp drawings and schedules will be included with the building if required and are often necessary permitting purposes.
